The dancer's reaction was immediate, and for a few seconds, it seemed she was about to leave the live broadcast. According to the Argentine News Agency, the segment was being broadcast from Escudero's house, where she appeared on camera in the pool, relaxed, dancing and drinking mate with a producer. While handing over to the segment, Casán mentioned her correctly, but when anticipating the return of the feed, she blurted out 'Escupidero,' an offensive nickname she had used years earlier in a heated clash on 'Bailando por un Sueño.' As soon as she realized what she had said, the host put her hand over her mouth and tried to correct herself instantly, assuring she had meant to say 'Escudero.' However, the gesture had already made an impact, as the dancer's smile disappeared and she decided to get out of the pool, a little annoyed. From the studio, Moria tried to smooth things over and asked Escudero to respond again from the water. In the middle of the moment, María Fernanda Callejón ironically suggested it might be a staged performance to show off her swimsuit.
